Sorry to all for taking so long to get the invites out. I have a script which is supposed to auto-grant access upon registration, but had some issues on my server earlier. This is was just a random thought I had while coding in a coffee shop a few days ago. I use slack for other projects I'm in and it just started with asking a couple friends if we could start a Node group.
@Aria - Would love it if you and some of the other major contributors joined (if you haven't already). I respect alot of the content you post here in this google group. It would be awesome if some of the folks I consider to be major players would hop on the Slack chat sometimes :) @Zach - "Also, isn't there a way to integrate the IRC channel into Slack?" -I'm working on this soon :) I see some tutorials going the other way (Slack to IRC), but I'm working on getting the IRC actually embedded in Slack soon. If you have any other ideas, I have a trello board for users to submit/vote on feature requests - https://trello.com/b/aZKdh2La/nodeslackers-io-development I plan to build nodeslackers.io into a collaborative community. Just don't know exactly how yet. Slack is the first step :) On Thursday, 26 March 2015 19:45:06 UTC-4, Zach Rollyson wrote: > > Hi Ravi, > > It seems like it's fairly easy to switch back and forth between > communities (are they called communities?).
