We need to set a definite time limit on each pick, and then move on....I do not 
want to spend 8 hours doing a draft..............

There looks to be approx. 124 picks,,,,,so 3 minutes a pick seems fair as 
everyone should be ready......

3 x 124 = 372 minutes......6 hours & 12 minutes.............After a 3 minute 
time limit , I think we move on to the next pick..........
