If we stay in our league the schedule is easy to set up, with 18 games vs.
each opponent
9 * 18 = 162 games.
with interleague play it is a little trickier, but do-able. What has to be
done is that there will a slight inequality in either the # of games vs each
team in your league or the other one.
Examples:
12 games vs 5 league opponenrs (5*12=60)
13 games vs 4 league opponenrs (4*13=52)
5 games vs 10 other league (10*5=50)
162
13 games vs 9 league opponenrs (9*13=117)
5 games vs 5 other league (5*5=25)
4 games vs 5 other league (4*5=20)

A third option is to only play half of the other league's teams and then the
easisest would be:
13 games vs 9 league opponenrs (9*13=117)
9 games vs 5 other league (5*9=45)
162
these keep the maority of the games in our own leagues, but still give a
decent # against the other league.
So give us your opinions so Robert can decide on one and I'll get
cranking on it.

After reading the emails not wanting the DH and certainly don't wont to lose
any of our current managers over DH either. However the email from John
Arcieri brought up some very interesting points.
I want to thank ALL of you for your ideas and comments they were very
interesting and thought out. However I think we should just make very few
changes at a time. I think going to 2 leagues and no divisions is the way
to go. We can always revisit it at the end of next year! I am also
thinking going to top 5 teams go in playoff with 4 vs 5 in 3 game series.
Then winner plays VA I mean 1st place team and 2 and 3 play with # 2 home
advantage. All series except play in game is 7 games and all game 7 games
are net-play.
Now do we want to play interleague games or stay in our league???
