So what your saying is that the rules will be changed for you/this yr over all
past years. NO your wrong he cut the 2008 player which is uncarded! The 2009
card which is carded is not availabel until March when we draft the 2009 cards.
I never said anything about CARL except that he cut the player and he has no
card. It has always been that way and always will. If you had taken the time
to research the prior drafts you will see that that is how it has always been.

Carl may have drafted him as a no card - but Carl cut him and it does not
matter if he did or did not know whether or not he was carded - he pitched in
2009 and earned a card. Carl probably knew he was carded - why would a manger
draft a player and not watch to see how the player does in the following
season. Are you saying Carl does not know who is on his team? I don't think
so.
Uehara was cut - is carded - and thus is available.
