Problem is Jack (Howard) drafted a player that was not allowed in
draft (NCR) in round 2 but because he had 66 IP for 2009 he refuses
to except the rule disallowing NCR even thorough that has always
been the rule (this is 4th yr of this draft). He refuses to draft
and wants a redraft allowing NCR players with stats for 2009 season
to be drafted! Wants to know if not "are you willing to lose two
more managers? I have advised him even if we do redraft NCR will
still not be allowed to be drafted. Havent heard from him since.
