If you have ideas of trades you want to do, go ahead and propose them. The moratorium on trading is to keep people from fleecing you, and I do not know you or your background - but you are am member in good standing and we will review your trades just to satisfy possible concerns ourselves. We want you to be treeated fairly and to treat others faiely.
