How about an exec committee with 5 guys. If a trade doesn't seem fair it is deemed as such. The committee is called to cast their vote; if 3 of the 5 vote that it is not a fair trade then the deal goes back to the teams for them to tweak? I bet you would only have 1 or 2 a year that might have to be voted on? The 5 guys could even be somewhat rotated on an annual basis as to not get a good old boys club;-) Just a thought?
