As for draft picks all teams over should lose draft picks not just non-playoff teams. It should be if 1 player = 10th rounder, 2 players = 9th rounder, and so on up until a 4th rounder. All first year managers should be limited to only 3 non-carded players so they have to learn how to manage the useage rules. I do know a person looking at rejoining the league in Ray who was the purple manager a few years back. He has moved to Florida for health concerns for the wife and everything is going good for him now so if you need a manager for Pitt ray is available to take over a team.
