I completely agree with the statement "I know I am thrilled when my NCR's that are on my roster finally get the so called "cup of coffee." It would be disappointing to see a rule change come into effect that stifles that opportunity. It seems that there are a lot of opinions on this and any change to the NCR rule is not a minor change. I think the best thing to do would be to put 2 or 3 ideas to a vote for the entire league to decide on.
