I think the incarded should remain unchanged. Mayby before any rule is changed someone should analyze how many rookies are kept from the top place teams and how many rookies are kept in the bottom place teams. Its just a guess but the bottom place teams probably have less rookies, meaning that an increase would not benefit them at all. And this is coming from a guy that loves his rookies more than his mlb players. Brandt
