Whoa. , lost roster spots? please clarify. I havent heard this suggestion before today ...

I am now putting everyone on notice that we are going to strick 100% use. All players that r in the useage chart in game (under PA) that has anything over 100% will be fined. If the useage is high then I think we will take Lou and Don's suggestion that instead of 41 player limit it will be lowered to 40 while everyone's else team will be 41. The more the overage and more than 1 player over then will be dropped to 2 roster spots. The problem is that managers would rather overuse than to not use all the PA/IP. I had most of my best players underused rather than go over as others. I have let it slide but your comments in ref to useage tells me that you want me to be strict.
