I understand what you mean. I wasn't thinking about inches or cm either. It
would be nice, though, to have this fixed-character ruler fixed on top (or
bottom)
of the edit window. Perhaps even some kind of draggable overlay (like a splitter
bar), could be implemented.

OK, thanks! Yes, I had this option checked before in an earlier version, hoping
this would work for the Find in Files feature. It had this annoying thing of,
well, remembering the last operation directory, but not showing this a the
default
value when opening the separate dialog again. This is fixed with the new Find
in Files feature, anyway.
I think the description "last operation directory" in itself is not so clear.
Is this, for instance, the directory a file was last opened from, or saved to,
or the last of both? What kind of operation is meant here?

I got this same error when moving a new file by moving its tab bar to the left.
The two tab bars switch back and forth when moving one and after less than a
second I get a read or write memory error. Last time I got this "pure virtual
function call" error as well.

I find using CTRL+Up and CTRL+Down (arrow key) very useful, but would be very
pleased if this would not move the cursor along, i.e. the cursor itself would
stay at the same vertical position in the edit window (absolute line on screen).
Is this an option that can be set anywhere?
If not, would you think about adding it?

Out of curiosity, when using the PHP language the keyword print_r is not
highlighted.
I was wondering why that is?
print_r
(PHP 4, PHP 5)
print_r ? Prints human-readable information about a variable
Description
bool print_r ( mixed $expression [, bool $return] )
