The Russian text encoding in UTF-8, the text remained in the Russian display
(such as Windows Notepad). Is there a plug?

I would find it really useful if it was possible to open multiple instances
of NPP. I often work on several projects at once, and it is very confusing
if they are all lumped together in a single window.
Ideally, clicking the application shortcut or opening a file from the shell
will start a new instance of NPP, rather than loading the file in the current
instance.
Of course, you probably want to make this an option as I'm sure some people
would prefer the current behaviour.

Hello everybody,
only for notice:
After installing a new version of Microsoft Windows Script 5.6 (Scripting Host)
for an other programm, I get an error message by NPP (on german): "Script Err.
der Vorgang wurde erfolgreich beendet"
After that, NPP crashes.
Now i installed the ver 4.1.2 and had no more crashes since 2 houres. ;)
perhaps could happen again if a new version of windows script is released.

Recently, I have tried to open a txt file with file name in simplified Chinese
using Notepad++ in traditional Chinese WinXP. Notepad++ states that The file
couldn't be found. Will Notepad++ support files with simp. Chinese paths and
names in the future releases?

Ah, yes, but you can change it, so that if first goes to the beginning of the
line and then the beginning of the text on the second click. Go to "General"
options and click on the check-box "Home key goes to first position".
