Go to menu Settings, select 'Styler Configurator', chose language 'Global
Styles',
then select style 'Edge colour' and change colour style 'Foreground colour'
into the colour you want.

If you have connected 2 displays to your computer and take the dualview
configuration
(not clone mode) the following happens:
In dualview you can drag a window from one monitor to the other one. Now open
Notepad++ (will pop up in the primary display) and drag
it to the other display (secondary display). Shutdown the system and unplug
the primary display from the computer.
When you now restart the secondary display will become the primary one (the
only one). But if you open Notepad++ it will be shown on the
secondary display (which is not there and therefore Notepad++ will be not
visible).
You will only see the Notepad++ Icon in the taskbar below.
A very mean hidden bug, isn't it ? :-)

Wow alot of suggestions, thanks :).

-I have no idea why the 12x12 issue is in Notepad, I think all tabs have it
(my icons are 16x16, but are always rendered smaller, I think it comes from
notepad, but I will look into it, you do mean the little tabs in the docking
dialogs?).

-Doesnt 2 same icons confuse users? I'd be happy to change it if its better,
I'm just not sure if thats a good idea. I picked the chain it indicate its
"linked"
to something external.

-I have no idea where the "nppcm" comes from, where and when do you see it?
It might be some memory issue, as I cant see it in the DLL anywhere if I open
it with Notepad++ =).

-Very good suggestion indeed

-Possible, maybe make it so that the download percentage (and upload) shows
there aswell like with the FunctionList?

-See above

-Will do

-Never heard about it, I'll see if I can get it to work

-I suppose you mean that you can choose from a list of servers? In that case
I think the FileZilla approach works very good, with a dropdownlist of
predefined
servers. I'll see what I can do.

That email will be send shortly, thank you.

-Harry

Quick search later on nppcm: nppcm is the DLL used for the contextmenu in
windows
ofr the "Edit with notepad++" message. Maybe its windows?

Yes, I'm pretty sure. Notepad++ does not, notepad does, delphi does change the
date. I use Notepad++ 4.1.2, but neither version of np++ touched the
modification
date.

Please have a look into the "Docking.h". Here you can see following comment
for following paramteres of tTbData:

// internal data, do not use !!!
RECT    rcFloat;
int     iPrevCont;
const char*     pszModuleName;

SO, DO NOT FILL OUT THE PARAMATERS!!! They will fill out and used only internal
by Notepad++. If you want to predefine the rect size use the RESOURCE
information
in Visual Studio.

BTW: Do not write " Console ". Use "Console"!

Best Regards
Jens

Are you sure with the "\(" in function begin?
I use for body "\{" and "\}".
The rest looks OK for me.

Hi there,

I use notepad++ and finding very good. You may have noticed or not one thing.
Please open a document (any, even a simple text file and remove word wrap is
enabled), put the cursor to the end of the line and minimize it and then restore
the window. Now see the bottom scroller. I hope you'll know what I mean. If
not, do the same thing again and notice the position of bottom scroller. It's
not finding it's proper position after minimizing. Hope u can get this resolved
sooner and plz notify me [EMAIL PROTECTED] coz I am eager to get new stable
version of notepad++

Rgds,
Rubin Shrestha
