A page follower type thing.

eg. If you have an include for a page.
include '/yummy.php;
would be useful just to right-click on it and click "follow" or something and
it opens that page. Same would be nice for following variables.

Hi there,

are there plans to implement the feature to edit via FTP like in other editors
(e.g. Crimson, PSPad)?

Hi

I'm using Notepad++ 4.2.2. Unfortunately this version crashes very often.
Sometimes
it seems that if a dialogbox like "...Keep this file in editor?" is open for
a long time when Notepad++ is not active, Notepad++ crashes when it becomes
active and I click on the dialogbox.

It seems to have a connection with the FunctionList plugin. I think this only
happens the function list is active.

Which version of Function List do you use (Menu : Plugins -> Function List ->
Help) ?

Could you go to inside of "plugins" directory (which is located in Notepad++
installed directory), rename "FunctionList.dll" to "FunctionList.dll.bak", then
relaunch Notepad++ to see if the crash happens again?

Don

Install Function List 2.0 and add your own Rules for TODO. So you can browse
to every TODO with just one doubleclick.

Best Regards
Jens

I have the same problem, but was simply mocked when I asked (not the most
supportive
community around), a problem which I still have.

So consider this a *Bump*

I'm using version 1.2. I'll rename it and try to make it crash.

Hello,
thanks for the tip. I used the function list for syntax-functions.

Ok it's a way, but for normal use it's too complicated. Switching between
codelanguages, the missing syntax highlightning etc.

As I said, its ok for now, but not really as good as the one from eclipse. If
anyone could workout... I would be there thankfull!

Greetings

How can I associate a new file type to always be treated like it's a certain
language.

Example: I am programming in a custom build of C. The file types for this are
.mc. But, for all purposes, the language is C. So I want it so that when I open
up the .mc file, it will automatically associate it as in the programming
language
C (so that I don't have to go and select C under the language menu for each
file...there's alot of them).

Thanks!

-James
