I'm afraid it doesn't :( Problem is not in the saving process but in the parsing
-- when I define that path in GUI and save it, I see plain Program Files\ERisc
Toolset\easm.exe in configuration file (i.e. no quotes or anything else
surrounding
that path). And of course, it doesn't work when I try to call that easm.exe
from "Run" menu.
I think it's bug in Notepad++ but I wonder how it's possible nobody noticed
it yet..

Hi,
I know this one isn't of the category "urgent" or "indispensable" or whatever,
but still...
When using a fixed font (courier, not courier new) and you have a mix of bold
and non-bold text (for instance, operators in bold, rest in non-bold), character
alignment is not OK.
When I compare this with CodeWright, which has a similar feature, then that
one is handling such situations in a correct way. That is, whether you're using
a mix of bold and normal, or you don't us a mix, the moment you're using a fixed
font, the vertical character alignment is in all cases perfect.
Most probably, they do some kind of "font width compensation" to avoid vertical
alignment mismatching.
Is there any chance such thing is possible in a future release of NPP too?
I've for the moment switched off any style I had in bold, because to me it's
a bit annoying...
Best rgds,
--Geert

I think he means to save for all files open (or opened) the location of the
cursor the moment that file lost focus (or was deleted and later re-opened
again).
The former one is doable, I guess, the latter one, well... that's most probably
another story...

Does notepad++ have either of these or did I just quickly scroll through the
things that it can do too fast?

Thank you for the patch.
It'll be fixed in the next release.
I suggest you submit your patch here for the next time :
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=95717&atid=612384
where is more visible for me.
As the only developer in this project, I prefer to deal with the patches rather
than with the bugs.

Hi,
This function seems to be difficult to implemented because of scintilla so I
have looking in the feature request but it seems that there isn't a clear
request
to insert in column mode add that
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1821189&group_id=2439&
atid=352439
For virtual space there is a request with a very low priority
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1821189&group_id=2439&
atid=352439
For me there are th two very important things to add, so I don't know if the
Scintilla Sourceforge request system is use a lot by project leader, but those
who agree could post on this topic to increase priority.
Thanks,

one solution is to use the shortname ("dir C:\ /X" will show it)

I don't think if it is what Nobody says, but a good thinks could be to insert
a mark at the last place of cursor before doing a find: indeed often you I use
a find to know if something is in my source code or I use a volatile find to
know the type or the use of my variable or using function list or using find
in files... and often I want to come back to my original cursor position.
Sometime
I thinks to place a bookmark but often not, so it coul be interesting to insert
a mark with a quick to go F4 may be.
I hope that my explanation are clear enough (but I am not sure). Don't hesitate
to ask precision if you want.
Such type of thing is implemented in the microcontroller IDE named ?Vision
developed by Keil Company (they use a blue arrow).
Thanks a lot

Yes, I have same problem. And I am like you, I am used to do with Ctrl+PgUp
and Ctrl+PgDn, and I want to change them. But I want to change #37(macro
recording),
too. But it does not have "Name", and it disapear every session. I posted the
question couple month ago, but I guess Don is too busy and did not reply to
the message.
Anyway, I don't have a fix but I am using AutoHotKey to re-map whatever I want
to re-map for that session.

Below is the script to re-map #29, #30, and #37, make sure you do this as soon
as you start N++ :
