I'll try that out. In the meantime, I've added a file comparison and if the
plugin copies a new version of stylers.xml, a message box is displayed, telling
the user to restart Notepad++ to see the latest highlighting changes.

Hi,
I'm using Notepad++4.5, I found its "search in files" function is very slow,
searching for about 200 files (about 10MB) will take more than 30 secs, while
on the same computer, other tools like PSPAD or VS2005 less than 5 secs, is
it a problem just in ver4.5?

Damn it!
Then I have no idea why it doesn't work for you.
Here is the final binary (I hope) to remedy the crash (from which I removed
all the log) :
http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/commun/misc/npp4thTest.zip
If it doesn't crash, then I'll consider it's the end of story.

I try to enter (georgian (ka))unicode characters . In the editor only
"?" appear.
georgian Unicode-characters in the same document, which I entered before
with notepad, are displaed correctly.
What do I have to do, to enter new (georgien) charachters.

Hello,
sometimes Notepad++ changes to a weird character input state, which I can not
revert. I know it's Notepad++ and not windows, because the text I'm writing
here in Firefox is correct :)
When I try to write "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz" in Notepad++, the result is
"??????????????????????????". This is probably a
feature or intended behaviour, but I don't know how to change back to normal
text input.
