Maybe a warningbox which explains what happens could be usefull when you turn
this on... (With a checkbox to never show it again ofcourse).

Go to the app data of your local settings.
Inside the Notepad++ folder is a file called config.xml
If you edit it with Notepad you can scroll down to
the History section right near the end.
Hope that helps.
It would be nice to have a neat way to clear the MRU list.

I think there is something related with split screen.
I'm working all day without splitting and no slowdowns happened.

I have the same behaviour and reopening the file is also working fine to get
back the to the last changes.
It is very time consuming to open/close a file almost each time an Undo is
needed.
Is there any option to fix that ? Does this topic needs a bug report ?

Same issues here! I've already requested that a updates be made to the style
configurations, but I don't think it's high priority as they concentrate on
other fixes rather than improving this.
Hope it gets upgraded!

I suggest to keep an eye on the tab's disk icon. It will tell you when the file
was again as last saved.

Hi!
First of all thanks for looking at my problem with climbing um the directory
tree (http://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=4514531).
My problem now is that I can choose the root icon in the tree view but most
of the time it does not show the directories beside the one I come from. The
message windows tells "Could not retrieve DIRECTORY object associated with
treeItem".
I tried "CWD /" with the "Issue raw command" which works but does not reallay
help:
16:51:46 > -> CWD /
16:51:46 > Response (250): Directory successfully changed.
16:51:49 > Could not retrieve DIRECTORY object associated with treeItem
I don't know how but sometimes the complete tree under the root is shown to
me but I can't figure out what I did to make it work. :-)
Maybe somoune got a hint for me.
