If LightExplorer.dll delays your Notepad++, then you can simply remove it.
None of the Notepad++'s plugins is necessary: they just add additional
functionality.
For example,

NPPTextFX.dll - a lot of additional functions for text
manipulation/modification;
Explorer.dll (by Jens Lorenz) - Explorer-like window which allows to to navigate
through your drives/directories, open files etc.;
HexEditor.dll - view/edit current file in hex mode;
FunctionList.dll - usefull for programmers: creates a list of functions in
current
source file (cpp, pas etc.);
...

If you do not need a functionality of some plugin, you can simply remove it.
And vice versa, if you need additional functionality provided by some plugin,
you can simply copy this plugin (the .dll file) to Notepad++'s plugins
subfolder.

Why SPACE? The symbol '"' must be the end of the hex number - the same as the
end of the string - not SPACE!
The symbol '"' is not a valid symbol for a hex-number, so why do we need SPACE?
Please change this behaviour.

Actually, NPP_RUN is needed to run an application as external process - i.e.
in its own window - whereas omitting NPP_RUN means run an application as a child
process - i.e. in NppExec's console. For example:

NPP_RUN cmd <Enter> - opens cmd.exe in its own window
cmd <Enter> - runs cmd.exe inside NppExec's Console.
(where <Enter> means Enter key on your keyboard)

NPP_EXEC executes previously saved NppExec's script (set of commands) or
executes
commands directly from specified file.
Open NppExec's Console, type HELP and press Enter to see all available
commands.
Type HELP NPP_RUN or HELP NPP_EXEC to see detailed info about the certain
command.
