I know there were requests like this, but I would like to be able to put the
tab bar to the bottom, because my monitor is huge, and crawling all the time
to the top is not always comfortable.
And I know it might sound weird, but any chance I could do the same with the
toolbar? Another request for the tab bar would be to make it customizable
(Add/Remove
and Arrange of buttons).
Anyway I love npp :)

Any chance anyone could pick up the project and make it highlight the matching
tags like it works for braces even if it works only by a shortcut?

Thanks for the heads up. Now I think it's just a problem with Winamp 5.52.
Just running it makes all kinds of things run flaky....Notepad++ was the only
one outwardly giving an exception, but I have explorer.exe slowdowns and
crashes,
and weirdness with some other programs.

Hi,
I dock windows manager at the top of npp.
Then I set a file to "go to another view"
Window manager correctly splits into 2 as well.
But the second screen does not have a vertical scrollbar when the file list
becomes longer than what can be shown.
Is this a known issue?
Also, is it possible to sort by name or path in the window manager file
listings?
Thanks

This will only open files in current dir.
I don't know of a way to open files in subdirectory
1.Use explorer plugin
2.Navigate to the directory containing the php files.
3.Set filter to *.php to only show php files
4.Select all and open.

While it seems to not be a commonly-used feature, it certainly exists (see MS
Office products, pre-Ribbon, for example).
I could see this feature being useful if plugins could add their own buttons
to the toolbar (not sure if this is currently possible or not). A user might
install 15 plugins and end up with a huge toolbar filled with buttons they don't
want/need. The ability to customize the toolbar would be helpful in that
scenario.

Is it possible to use the same colors I have with .asp on .aspx files?
It's like, I don't want to include a whole new stuff to .aspx, just need the
basic stuff that I have on asp. So when I open .aspx files it will be with same
colors as .asp (they are without color right now, need to select ASP from the
language list to "paint" it).
I tried the userDefineLang.xml file and also to edit langs.xml (copying the
ASP info and putting as aspx) and didn't work.
Any help is much appreciate!
Thanks,
Nicholas

I found that it is impossible to use N++ to correctly fold Fortran free style
even with user define language.
Therefore I wonder if I can change the source code of N++, so that the whole
line is treated as code in the editor, instead of the fixed style format that
the first few columns, and the characters behind the 73 column are marked as
comments?
If anyone know which part I needed to modified the source code of N++, please
teach me. Thank you very much.

Does every question or request have to be repeated for a number of times?
Will anyone develop a filter to prevent this?

Perhaps it is possible to do this, but if so, I haven't discovered how.
I have several lines of text selected. I want to sort the text based on the
value in columns 31-32 for all the selected lines. I know there are other
editors
that have this feature.
