you can't edit and search through 20 mb files in Firefox, not to mention quite

Hmm I don't know much about compiling binaries... but what are the differences
between windows and windows mobile applications?
I imagine that it might be just a few flags in the compiler?

As soon as I posted that I had the thought that someone might have to port
scintilla
to Windows Mobile as well?? Doesn't NPP require some DLL's as well?
Now to me that sounds far more complicated! hehe

OS is Windows Vista Home Premium.
When I start Notepad++, I get a message:
Configurator. Load config.xml failed!
I click OK and Notepad seems to work.
When I terminate the program, the message is
Notepad++: a free (GNU) source code editor has stopped working.
What's going on?

After posting, I downloaded the latest version of Notepad++ and the error
message
went away. But I still would like to know what the message was trying to tell
me.

I can. I have many CDs and DVDs with software and documents. I have made .txt
files with the content of each CD and stored them on another partition. I often
have to search for something and each time I have to browse to the folder with
the .txt files. The only solution is to put all the .txt files in the directory
of Notepad++ as this is the default directory, but that's not ideal.

What is your preferred style when programming? Black background, dark grey,
white maybe? What font? What colours?
Share your preferred style :)
If you really feel up to it, why not include a link to the style XML file
itself?
Or even a screenshot?

I am not sure of the coding needed and will be looking into it in the next week
or so..
as a suggestion if someone else has the need t develop the plug-in faster..
what about adding the functionability of Metapad
(http://www.liquidninja.com/metapad/)
I love using this app when i am in the world of windows.. which isnt often but
the functionality is nice to open browsers.
