Of course, you do not need to use a regular expression. You can just as well
perform a simple search (for "i" in this case).

A problem has appeared with new release 4.9 and 4.9.1:
When I collapse a level in document (using Alt+2 for instance), then I switch
to another document tab in NPP and finally come back to previous doc, the
collapsing
has disappeard.
This is not convenient, especially when editing big documents.
This problem was not present in version 4.8.5.

G'day all,
First of all thanks for creating such generic though efficient tool.
I am using Notepad++ at office and at university, at both places we have proxy.
So, I can not update Notepad++ directly. It will be good to have this feature
as a setting, as the proxy is becoming popular.

The hotkey to zoom-in is ctrl & + (on the numberpad)
but laptops don't have a numberpad?!
seems like a pretty easy fix, and no real reason for it to be numpad only.

I'm having the same problem with CTRL+H.
I want to insert some characters before a list of variable names.
Find field:
^\t
Replace field:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
After finding and replacing the first occurrence, the "found" selection doesn't
move to the next line. Instead, replacing will be done on the same line over
and over again, inserting the same characters at the same position over and
over again. The cursor should definitely have moved to the end of the found
and replaced selection, so the replaced occurence wouldn't be considered again.
Luckily, I didn't press Replace All!

I guess you can't.
There is no way to distinguish between filenames, other than the extension for
language styles. If you have not much files, I assume it isn't too much effort
to manually change the language.

UTF-8 Error
- appears in last versions, I've downloaded a few different version of N++,
in v4.6 was used for me Encode with BOM additional check, but in future versions
"Format" tab changed and that check disappeared but with UTF-8 it forks fine,
version 4.7.1, 4.7.5 and 4.8.5!
For last 4.9 and 4.9.1 UTF-8 don't works, copy text from word and it became
black square with codes inside!! NEED to FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
