Hello
I have Windows 2003 server and I tried all the suggested approaches where to
put the extra libs.
None seems to work. Notepad++ either crashes or this "setInfo()-Message" is
displayed.

Try changing the name of the .exe from notepad++.exe to something without the
++.
For example, changing the executable name to npp.exe got rid of the context
menu problems that my x64 Vista machine was having.

I get the same problem with Vista 32bit - been like it for a while, shame as
I really like this
product and it makes it unusable
Hopefully the author will sort this out eventually - I have a screenshot if
it helps?

No one seems to be interested in adding .ico support to the toolbar.
It is also possible that the standard toolbar control simply does not support
formats other than .bmp.
Assuming the .ico won't be supported (and also for the benefit of all users
of the older versions of Notepad++, including myself), could you create a bitmap
set without relying on alpha-blending?
For example, you could create a sharp-edge border around the bitmap, e.g.
emulating
a button look (bumped) or some other frame of your choice. Inside the frame
you may use any background color you want, without the need to match current
user's toolbar background.

When I open some HTML files only about 117 lines (25%) of the entrie file is
being displayed. Restarting Notepad++ doesn't help.
I'm running latest version of Notepad++ and FTP plug-in, Windows Vista.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Sam,
I found a work around. If you create a short cut and edit the properties of
the short cut, you can set the "Start in" field to the directory you want
Notepad++
to always 'start in'.
