Update to the latest (5.0.3) if you're not using it already. @Fool4UAnyway: that's not the point. Everyone uses their computer a different way. Sometimes right-clicking is quicker than using a shortcut, if your other hand is not at the keyboard. (OT but this is especially true on Linux since you only ever need one right-click, no left click, to get anything from a context menu.) ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. In Notepad+, you can use Ctrl-PgUp/Ctrl-PgDn to move the caret to the start of the topmost/bottommost visible line in the current window. Is there a way to get Notepad++ to do this? ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. If so, that's just how HTML works. As far as I know, there isn't any way to have a new line without showing a space. Or did you mean something else? Not sure what you mean about the delimiter, so perhaps I have misunderstood. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. Autocomplete (control+space) can assist with entering the "IMG", but it's not worth the trouble for such a short word. I'm a little behind with my version, so there may have been changes in the latest, but I haven't heard about it. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. Sometimes I use it for reference when working on other things, and I hate how when I focus the other things N++ loses its focus. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. Steps to reproduce: 1. Edit a file in any subdirectory of C:\Program Files (x86)\ with notepad++ and save and close it. 2. Open the file with straight notepad. 3. Notice that your modifications have NOT been taken into account, though there was no message from notepad++. 4. Open the file again with notepad++. Your modifications are there!!! WTF?!? For some strange reason, all MS products (word, notepad, IE, etc.) get the good file, and from all the non-MS products I've tested with, only FF3 gets the right one. It's extremely bizarre - all non MS products open the same, modified file, all MS products open the unmodified file. I have tested on Vista 64, and it doesn't present this behaviour. If anyone has any info at all on this I'm very interested to find out what! ps. The Win Server 2008 Std (US) is patched up to date, and notepad++ is 5.0.3. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. Is it possible that the standard toolbar control simply does not support formats other than .bmp? If not how do we implement .ico instead? Please see these threads: http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1959856&forum_id=482781 http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=2169975&forum_id=482781 Thanks! ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. Therefore you can find two identical images in NppExec's sources: the .ico file for tab-control and the .bmp for tool-bar. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum.
