Maybe this ticket should be closed, it is not well defined. Whats actually
being asked for? Is it the hooks? I do not understand why hooks would be
called coprocessors? Accumulo already has some hooks/plugins (Iterators,
Constraints, Balancer, Memory Manager, Authentication). If additional hooks
are wanted, then why not open a ticket for each one? Maybe this ticket could
be reopened in the future as a parent ticket for additional hooks.
Also, the first two items mentioned in the ticket already exist.
