clobbering known instances. Will this interfere?
Would not want test to pick config from ACCUMULO_HOME/conf where
instance.dfs.uri is defined and use the production accumulo dir. I am not sure
if that could happen with this patch, buts that a concrete example of something
that could possibly go wrong.
