Note for when we get back to this: My changes for ACCUMULO-1944 included
updating the classpath in TestUtils.py to include code instrumented by
Cobertura and the Cobertura JAR. Corresponding changes to accumulo-site.xml
would have to happen if its classpath can supplant it.
That is all.
