Is this really a blocker for 1.6.0? Can we declare Volume support early access
for 1.6.0 and then fix these things in a follow on version? Given the history
around ACCUMULO-118 it looks like the Volume support change is going to take
some soak time to be production ready, and I'd rather not hang up the 1.6.0
release on that happening.
