{{SplitLarge}} is an admin utility that can be used to pull large Key/Value
from existing RFiles.
{{TraceFileSystem}} needs to be re-inserted ... I'm putting that off for some
zipkin integration. Hopefully we can get deeper traces into hdfs.
{{AddFilesWithMissingEntries}} should just die.
I have updated {{ZooKeeperMain}}.
