[~ctubbsii], I don't see that method anywhere. Are you suggesting that such a
method should exist? We're just looking for an easy way to document how an
empty RFile could be created.
The shell approach should work, but it "technically" isn't empty (because it
still contains that delete). That's probably acceptable as a first stab with a
caveat to make the delete for something bogus (not that you accidentally delete
a record in the table you're trying to recover). I haven't found a high-level
command that can create a purely empty RFile yet.
