utility to go along with PrintInfo and SplitLarge?
TBH, I wasn't even anticipating making something new for this. I assume an
"almost empty" rfile would be sufficient -- the likelihood of the delete
actually causing problems would be rather small assuming that people know
"roughly" the format of the data that was in their table. I wouldn't be opposed
to accepting such a utility if someone writes it up though.
