issue is not actually fixed in the docs available to the end user. as such,
3008 shouldn't have been marked 'resolved'. the only two versions of the
documentation available on the accumulo website (1.5 & 1.6) still instruct the
user to use the '--var' parameter when invoking RandomBatchScanner. resolving
this issue entails changing the available documentation so that someone doesn't
have to burn a time tracking down a a known issue that has an easy solution.
using the '--auth' parameter works just fine, and the docs need to be updated
to reflect that.
