Fix For: 2.0.0
Following the work [~kturner] started in ACCUMULO-3657, we should remove the
unintentionally leaked internal implementations from the public API. These were
previously deprecated in 1.7.0, and are safe to remove 2.0.0.
Going forward, after this issue, the apilyzer-maven-plugin should adequately
protect us from accidentally leaking any new non-public classes into the public
API.
