Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I have not ran into this using the new accumulo-testing suite in accumulo 2.x
and since there is no actionable work to be done at this time along with a
workaround given in the comments, I am going to close this. If this still found
to occur on accumulo 2.x, please feel free to create an issue or PR at
https://github.com/apache/accumulo.
