Because it's weird that the other current tservers list would now be completely unused and unneeded... it seems like it would have been put there for a reason. Do you know if the change occured in TabletGroupWatcher, or some calling code? Was it broken by #1761? @ctubbsii - the relevant information is in links in this comment: https://github.com/apache/accumulo/issues/3368#issuecomment-1571292545. It looks like in 1.10 there were separate sets being used, and then they were consolidated into TabletLists (likely in #1761). It's kind of hard to tell from the diff if that was the cause.
