Okay, nevermind... I just located the part of the code that does the config copy for the clone, and it's literally just copying the config node in ZK from one table to the other. It doesn't do any `TableConfiguration` effective hierarchy when it copies the config over during a clone operation. So, forget I said anything about `clonetable`... it's not a problem. :smiley_cat: Ed's work on #3562 should suffice.
