   > did not look at what uses MutableByteSequence
   
   It's only used in RelativeKey and LocalityGroupUtil. I'm thinking 
MutableByteSequence could be removed and the functionality collapsed into 
ArrayByteSequence. That might be a different PR though. I can create an issue 
for it.
