Nicolas Lalevée resolved IVYDE-251.

Resolution: Fixed
I finally make the build generate two categories, an Ivy one and an IvyDE one
so people can better understand that can install them quite independently. I
made also the generated site.xml more human readable so it will less tedious to
see what was changed on each release.
