This may explain why there is no fixed date for a next release. Creating a release and publishing it is a matter of days, not hours. So even if we started now - and I have no reason to believe we will - this might not help with your blocker. I'm not sure what exactly is blocking you, but distributing a patched batch file amongst your dev team should work, doesn't it?
