Fixed the LuaRocks smoke path in `9cc97e14b`. The installed APISIX tree and the current checkout can use different dependency roots during the smoke test, so simdjson is now installed into both. I also added the C++ compiler dependency to Docker build paths that run `make deps`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
