Follow-up in `36a904345`: Linux now prefers the pinned rustup path before trying distro `cargo`, and rustup-init runs with a clean base PATH. The previous order installed an old distro Rust first, which made rustup detect an existing Rust installation and still leave cargo without a default toolchain. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
