## Summary - add a version-appropriate OpenAPI 3.1 contract for the release/3.16 Admin API - validate the operation surface, source schemas, internal references, examples, and defaults from checked-in files - document the supported header, query, and cookie authentication alternatives and HTTPS listener prerequisites - replace the remaining API7-specific metadata and link with a version-pinned Apache reference Related to api7/docs#2687. ## Validation - offline checker passes with 98 operations, 11 native schemas, 3 secret schemas, 2294 schema checks, and 614 example/default checks - Redocly reports a valid OpenAPI document - git diff --check passes - the checker fails closed under Python optimization - the specification contains no API7-specific literals -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
