non-static.

Patch Set 4:
Abdullah,
GenericAdapterFactory and LookupAdapterFactory need ILibraryManager,
because they call ParserFactoryProvider.getDataParserFactory(...) to get the
data parser factory.
The string map "configuration" only have information like dataversename,
libraryname.
