1. Fix NC WorkQueue shutdown to interrupt() possibly stuck work
2. Adjust NC shutdown timeout on CC to allow NC to timeout any work it
is awaiting
3. Improved logging (i.e. /printStackTrace()/LOGGER.log.../)
