Not a blocker, but a few things to consider adding/considering: - if meals are covered - origin side costs (getting to the airport) - visa costs and risks - baggage/seat fees (esp US) - Late-booking cost rises from slow approval - Established conference - may bias against new, regional, and community-run events - Conflict of interest / recusal - Grants are paid for committed deliverables.
