@chewbranca iirc it was a time when we remove all the deps from subprojects
in order to maintain deps list at the [single
place](https://github.com/apache/couchdb/blob/master/rebar.config.script)
But obliviously, if we want to make our subproject reusable, this policy
need to be reconsidered.
