My understanding is that this refactoring addressing the problem we have
with CORS for some of end-points (_sessions ?) that hasn't been fixed by
previous CORS' PR?
On a big scale of things I agree that having common couch-httpd lib is a
great idea, but if this change is not a cleanup, but a fix, I think we can do
that after getting it in, not instead.
