janl commented on issue #556: Improve JS test harness restartServer() support fn URL: https://github.com/apache/couchdb/pull/556#issuecomment-305751373 I might be missing something, but I can?t see any call to `/_restart` any more, or any other way of actually issuing a restart command. On top of that, I think 2.0 dropped the `_restart` API. I can?t find it in `chttpd` and I believe we?ve disabled all tests that rely on it. For tests we want (re-)enable, we need to port them to not rely on restart any more.
