hm, continuing to think about this, I’m still somewhat surprised but this: 1. I assume those rows are written to the index on a fixed order 2. we read those indexes row by row 3. how would, say row 2 with value `null` overtake row 3 with value `"fooValue"` on the way out if it comes from the same index shard?
