#8954 一顿操作之后貌似问题(包括 #9115 ) 都解决了，我主要改的地方有两处： 1. GlobalResourcesRepository的Executor只能随用随取，原来是静态初始化，github构建总是陷入死循环，不停地输出ERROR listener.ServiceInstancesChangedListener: [DUBBO] Failed to load service metadata，具体因果关系我还没搞明白。 2. FrameworkModel的addApplication和tryDestroy之间加了互斥锁，启动和销毁的操作排队串行处理（这个已删除，发现两个方法上都已经有了synchronized修饰符，在同一个FrameworkModel对象执行上述方法自动就排队了）。 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
